Welcome to the Gardener & Cook Website
Unlike many companies we don't have hundreds of items listed - just a small cross section of what's in-store.
This is for two reasons:
Firstly, because what we really want you to do is visit our beautiful stores in the historic Pantiles of Tunbridge Wells and the delightful county town of Lewes where you will see a vast array of goods including our huge range of secondhand, rare and antiquarian gardening and cookery books, and receive customer service that is second to none.
Secondly, we don't want you to wait, so website goods are some of our standard stock items. This can result in your goods being sent the day after we receive your order - no waiting 4-6 weeks; in the unusual event that we don't have what you want we'll phone or e-mail you to quote a timeframe.
Our vintage garden items come and go - we may have a Coalbrookdale bench one week and Georgian urns the next. If you are loooking for anything specific please phone us. Other than that please refer to our frequently updated news section for details of what we have in stock at any time.
